Evidence integrity

Correct the record with a record.

Providers, buyers, researchers, and other affected parties can challenge a factual field. TaaS preserves origin and unresolved conflicts instead of silently replacing one claim with another.

What to submit

Identify the provider, page, exact field or statement, why it is inaccurate or incomplete, and the proposed correction. Include an official or otherwise reliable source that supports the requested change.

Do not submit confidential deal information, private keys, identity documents, investor lists, securities orders, or legally privileged material.

02

How review works

  1. Triage whether the request identifies a specific factual claim.
  2. Check source authority, scope, date, and whether it conflicts with existing evidence.
  3. Ask the provider or requester for clarification when origin or scope is ambiguous.
  4. Update, qualify, mark unresolved, or decline the change with the evidence trail intact.
03

Urgent issues

Flag claims involving identity, authorization, regulatory status, security, or material impersonation as urgent in the summary. TaaS may temporarily qualify or remove a field while evidence is reviewed.

04

No endorsement or appeal fee

Corrections are free. A provider does not need a paid relationship to correct facts, and payment cannot determine the outcome. Correcting a field does not convert a profile into an endorsement.

05

Submit a request

Use the provider evidence form. Submit one disputed claim and one supporting public record per entry so the correction history remains auditable.
