Commercial separation

Sponsorship cannot buy evidence.

TaaS is launching buyer-paid procurement work first. Paid provider visibility is not currently open. If commercial education is tested later, these controls govern it.

Current launch position

Public-source listings and the first ten founding evidence profiles are free. TaaS may charge buyers fixed fees for defined procurement deliverables. TaaS does not accept compensation based on capital raised, securities sold, investor introductions, or which provider is selected.

02

What payment can never change

  • Directory inclusion or ordering
  • Comparison eligibility or output
  • Evidence origin, status, or confidence
  • Unresolved questions, corrections, or negative findings
  • Public API inclusion or ordering
  • A buyer-specific shortlist or score
03

Future sponsored education

Any future advertisement, webinar, field guide, or sponsored category education must be labeled where the audience encounters it—not only in a footer. The sponsor’s identity and material relationship must be understandable before engagement.

Sponsored content must remain outside provider comparison and buyer procurement work. Claims still require sourcing and may be corrected or rejected.

04

Conflict disclosure

Provider profiles separately state whether a material commercial relationship is disclosed. Buyer deliverables disclose known provider relationships relevant to the candidate set. A commercial relationship is not evidence of quality or fit.

05

Questions and complaints

Use the structured provider channel to report an undisclosed relationship, misleading label, or conflict concern. Include the relevant page, claim, and supporting record.
