These terms govern use of the public website, Evidence Concierge, readiness orientation, procurement-brief builder, provider profiles, and public API. Any paid engagement requires a separate written agreement defining scope and responsibility.

Website content is not a legal opinion, investment recommendation, tax advice, brokerage service, placement-agent service, custody service, securities offer, solicitation, or guarantee of any provider or project.
You are responsible for qualified legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, technical, custody, and investment review. Tokenization does not eliminate laws or regulated responsibilities applicable to the underlying instrument, parties, or activity.
Do not rely on a profile, comparison, readiness result, procurement draft, scorecard, or API response to select a provider or to issue, buy, sell, recommend, custody, or transfer an asset. Weighted criteria cannot resolve a failed mandatory gate.
The concierge provides site navigation, public provider-evidence summaries, and general education from an approved source set. It is designed to refuse personalized legal, tax, investment, financial, brokerage, custody, placement-agent, transaction, and unsupported requests. It may ask for clarification or withhold an answer when sources are missing, stale, conflicting, outside their jurisdiction, or insufficiently specific.
Automated retrieval, classification, citation, and output safeguards reduce but cannot eliminate model error. A displayed citation does not mean the source supports every possible interpretation of the response. Verify the cited record and use qualified professionals before any consequential decision.
The RFI/RFP builder generates a deterministic drafting aid from the inputs supplied. It does not verify project facts, create a provider recommendation, or contact providers. Submitting a brief authorizes TaaS to store and review it for the stated workflow; it does not authorize distribution. Provider outreach requires a separate, explicit authorization and human review.
Provider fields may originate from public materials or provider submissions and can be incomplete, stale, disputed, or inaccurate. Evidence-checked describes a scoped source review, not certification. External sites are controlled by third parties, and TaaS is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or terms.
You may use the site and public API for lawful research and internal procurement orientation, subject to reasonable request volume and preservation of source and limitation fields. You may not misrepresent TaaS output as professional advice, bypass access controls, interfere with operation, introduce malware, scrape at disruptive volume, or use the service for unlawful promotion, trading, fraud, or custody activity.
The website and public API are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that content is complete, current, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular project. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TaaS is not liable for decisions made from website content or third-party information.
Specific warranties, fees, liability limits, governing law, dispute terms, confidentiality, and deliverable ownership for paid work belong in the signed engagement agreement.
TaaS may update these terms as the service changes, with the updated date shown above. Before broad public launch or paid engagements, these terms and the engagement agreement should be reviewed by qualified counsel in the operating jurisdiction.
